Healthy Planet, Hopeful Future is an Erasmus+ youth project dedicated to promoting environmental awareness, sustainability, and active youth participation. Bringing together young people from different countries, the project encourages participants to better understand environmental challenges while developing practical solutions that contribute to healthier communities and a more sustainable future. Through non-formal education, intercultural exchange, and collaborative learning, young people gain the knowledge, skills, and motivation to become active contributors to environmental protection.
The project focuses on key topics such as climate change, sustainable lifestyles, responsible consumption, biodiversity, and community action. Through interactive workshops, outdoor activities, group discussions, and teamwork, participants explore practical ways to reduce their environmental impact and promote sustainable practices in their everyday lives. Working in an international environment also strengthens intercultural understanding, cooperation, and the exchange of ideas and good practices.
Throughout the project, participants develop valuable competencies including environmental literacy, leadership, teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving. They are encouraged to apply what they learn by designing and implementing community-based initiatives that promote sustainability and inspire others to take action. By fostering environmental responsibility, active citizenship, and international cooperation, Healthy Planet, Hopeful Future empowers young people to become agents of positive change and contribute to building greener, healthier, and more sustainable communities.
